« Room and property were very clean. There are no elevators, so if you have elderly or physically disabled person with you ask for a first floor room. Beds were okay, but duvets, comforters were thin. Hard to get comfortable for a good nights sleep. We overslept and made it to breakfast at 9am, but all the breakfast items were gone. They just had toast, apple and orange juice. Staff did end up putting out more bananas and apples and made a new coffee pot. We all ended up having to go to a nearby...

« Rooms where decent for the price, but I found several roaches, I complained to the staff and their solution was to move me to a bigger nicer “the cleanest room they had” only for it to have roaches too. I am a frequent traveler and never had anyone pursued me to stay in a roach infested room. The staff also walked into my room as I was showering unannounced. Frustrating experience and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for the embarrassing situation »

« Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very...
