« The only problem I had was I wanted to call the front desk to let them know I might arrive late. You have to jump through some hoops to get the phone number. I also could not use my Expedia credits because there was no way to prepay for the room. »

« Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...

« We enjoy our stay every time we are in Oxford for baseball tournaments. The double bed rooms are NICE in size. I love the long counter and shelves in the room. »

The location was perfect—about 10 minutes from The Grove and easily accessible from the highway, which made getting around really convenient.
