« I was appreciative of the assistance of the two representatives they were very helpful until I learned that the refund that I was going to receive for mistakenly booking two rooms would not be credited to me. They were warm and genuine my entire stay but I just learned that the refund will not happen. So I paid full price for a room I didn't stay in. »

« My Mother in Law and I stayed her for the weekend. We both needed some much rest and relaxation. Overall it was a very nice stay. The only complaint I have is there is a smell with the water in the bathroom. This is not enough complaint to keep us away. We will be back for sure. »

« We were on a cross-country road trip and this place was like finding an oasis in a desert of mediocre chain hotels. Really well thought-out and well decorated. If you've ever been to a Kimpton, I would say it's quite similar in its level of luxury and design styling. The restaurant was expensive, but worth it. The room even had a mini bar, which was a god-send after a long day on the road. »
