« We were traveling for a family funeral in Hastings. Everything there was either booked or ridiculously priced. We did all our activities and meals in Hastings. But it was worth the 30 minute drive to stay in a clean but inexpensive hotel. It was also very quiet even though there were many other guests. As stated, they don't serve breakfast. « The property is gorgeous, and the house is great. Even though you’re out in the country, there are miles of trails to explore and lots of wildlife to watch. There wasn’t much water in the river when we visited but we still had fun playing frisbee and ladder ball on the sand bars.
