« In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! Also, the cleaning staff, especially Miss Lady, were wonderful - Thank you ! »

« Ollie was a great host. He was so helpful and nice. The bunkie was adorable and excellent. The futon bed was surprisingly comfortable--we slept really well on it. The composting toilet in the very clean outhouse was perfect and did not smell at all. The camping shower worked great for us. The only thing I would do if I owned the property would be to tidy up a bit. There were some bottles and canisters and stuff lying about in the woods and some ancient equipment that I would haul away. All in...

« logement trés vieux, sale et en mauvais état. Le canapé lit n'a pas du être ouvert et nettoyé depuis longtemps. L'alèse était tachée... cela n'inspire pas de dormir dans ce genre de logement. « We stayed two nights. The washrooms and showers were very clean and well kept. There were plenty of bbq's for even the busiest of times. Aside from bringing your own food they have everything you could possibly need. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Would definitely consider staying again. »
