They're renovating so be careful getting stuck on the first floor. It was a terrible stay. The room smelled musty, there were stains all over the carpet, the furniture was banged up, and the ceiling had a crack and water spots. Breakfast was powdered eggs and chewy sausage. And the bed was horribly uncomfortable...we left a night early but checked out after 3pm, so we were charged the full second night. I'm honestly surprised they would put anyone in that room (107). Then, at checkout, Joe accidentally changed me an extra 123.25 on accident, which overdrafted my account. The only redeeming quality is that after I posted my negative review on google the general manager said she refunded my entire stay. Now I wait for my money back...
Check in was pleasant. This property is undergoing remodeling so there are boxes of materials in the lobby but otherwise everything is neat and clean. We had an excellent nights sleep and we were given a room convenient to an outside door as we were traveling with our dog.
Room was clean, but bathroom was so outdated with rust and lots of water damage, chipped sink. There was a clear difference between the rest of the room and the bathroom. Also, housekeeper tried to enter our room before 9am even though we were only there for a single night and had not yet checked out. Even acknowledging that we didn't put out the "do not disturb" sign, she should have knocked first and called out "housekeeping ".
Property was worn and not as clean as it shouldâve been. Breakfast was terrible. Weâve stayed at other Comfort Inns and had total opposite experience.
This hotel is undergoing a renovation. We stayed in room #207, which had not been updated. Furniture was in poor condition, but we would assume that will be corrected when the renovations are completed.
Also as a result of the renovation, large roll-off dumpsters & semi containers took several parking spaces which presented issues.
Hopefully things will improve upon completion of the renovation.
