« My sister and I came in from Houston area to visit our Mom who lives in Winnsboro. We stayed here for the weekend and it couldn’t have been cuter! Beautiful views of the lake and quiet, quaint surroundings in the trees. The home has everything you need and is a comfortable stay. Mary was excellent as communication. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely come back to stay. »

« This cabin was absolutely gorgeous — the perfect mix of cozy and peaceful! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, making it super easy to settle right in. We had a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi at first, but the host was so responsive and had it fixed in no time.The fenced-in property made it feel private and secure (you even need a code to enter, which was a nice touch!). It’s quiet, secluded, and surrounded by nature — exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend...

« The aesthetic of the home was so pleasing to the eye in photos on the website that that is what sold me on staying here to be honest. We were not disappointed at all with anything about our stay. One suggestion to tell others is to bring your own pop up seating for around the fire pit. That was the highlight of the property-being able to do that in the afternoon and evening. The house felt spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Thank you again! »

« The host was very responsive to messages and questions. We were three couples and there were three excellent bedrooms and a bathroom with each. The common space was great for talking, eating, TV, and card games. There was a large fire pit with plenty of firewood and rockers to sit fireside. Stay here again? That’s an easy YES! »

« This was a great setup for a single or double occupant. I was by myself doing a scouting trip for an upcoming bass tournament. I've never stayed on this side of Lake Fork. However, everything I needed was right there. The launch ramp was about 100 yards away. I grilled my dinner for both nights on the grill. Was warm even though it was freezing outside. Everything was great. Thanks. »

« The property was perfect for what we were doing. Sons fishing captain and partner were very close to the lake to start they're tournament. The wife and twin sons came out and loved the house especially the loft. That was a big hit. Grill was great for the steaks and pork chops. Plenty of room if we had more people with us. Definately would stay again. »

« We stayed here for 5 nights and had an awesome time! Everything was clean and comfortable. Left our boats in the water by the dock during our stay. If you plan to do that bring about 300 ft of power cordThe host was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely matter. Parking is tight if there are people staying in an RV under the cover but we managed. We always cook during our stays
