« Le monsieur a la réception nous a dit que nous avions droit à une chambre non rénovée ,située au 2ieme etage et fumeur.Etant donne que nous ne voulions pas de chambre fumeur,nous avons du débourser environ $15 de plus pour avoir une chambre non-fumeur,rénovée supposément et situee au 1er étage .Pourtant,sur la confirmation,il est bien mentionné non fumeur. »

« Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. »

« This place is charming and nestled in the woods of east Texas, it’s great for unwinding and getting away from the city for a few days, beautiful outdoor deck for birdwatching or just relaxing, Room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast that we ate was outstanding, the owners were very hospitable and we will be going back. »

« First off the non-refundable reservation disappeared. I had to try to find a phone number to get it straightened out. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and got it straightened out. Second, the air conditioner was in the bathroom area and did not work well. The sheets though clean were scatchy, there was no water pressure the shower unless you turned it full hot, the "breakfast" was granola bars and apples, there was light showing between the door and outside, the door frame...

« The host was extremely communicative and the house had well-thought out amenities, including coconut waters for us on arrival and various little treats like undereye masks. The floorplan had a good amount of space. But the house itself needs some repair, including the foundation which is sinking in one corner and cracked the tile flooring in the middle room, and one toilet which had to be flushed from inside the tank. The host said he was working to resolve this. We didn’t have any major issues...

« Absolutely loved this tiny house! Perfect for spending time together without the world intervening. The kids loved having their own space in the loft, while still being together. Cuz its definitely a tiny home. Really loved the security set up, gave a real sense of saftey. For being in the woods, in an familiar place. Also, we found a ranch maybe 5 miles away, that offers day passes. Deer lake it was called. We we're able to get day passes and enjoy kayaking, paddle boards, horses, fishing etc,...
