« This hotel is amazing!! Staff are absolutely wonderful. Rooms are comfortable. Amenities are fabulous! Highly recommend! Stayed 3 nights. »

« The rooms that we had were very smelly (smelled of mildew). The breakfast options were limited, but the eggs and canadian bacon were delicious. The staff at breakfast and front desk were great. The hot tub was cold. »

« Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. »

« Hôtel récent proche de toutes les commodités. (Navette aéroport gratuité) Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits le ménage a été oublié deux fois, et une troisième fois les serviettes ont été changées mais les lits pas fait. Hôtel familial donc très bruyant Le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel »

« It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. »

« Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean. »

« Une cuisinette sans aucun ustensiles ou assiette . Rien !! Pourquoi louer avec cuisinette s'il n'y a rien pour s'en servir . "Déjeuner" médiocre. Pain , gaufres décongelées et bagel . Rien d'autre , même pas de lait ou crème pour le café. Sérieusement c'est absurde »

« No pool. They didn't clean my room after I requested it. The desk person never told housekeeping. No alternative milks for breakfast options. They said we should have brought our own. The room door did not close all the way unless you pulled it hard. »

« Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and it was closed the entirety of our stay. Would have been nice to be given a heads up that the pool is closed for two weeks if we wanted to adjust our stay. »

« Nous avions une chambre donnant sur deux routes à forte circulation et la chambre était très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Le couloir était très éclairé même la nuit et la porte laissait passer un éclairage important dans la chambre. Dans la chambre d'a côté, il y avait un chien qui jappait de temps en temps au moment de s'endormir. »
