« Great house, wonderful amenities, great pool and patio.In the dark it is a little hard to find. Not lit or well marked and Apple Maps will take you to the neighbors driveway. It’s a small thing but I do wish there were some lights on in the yard when checking in (in my case in the dark). »

« House was perfect for our extended family. Crib, travel high chair and dishes for the baby, and enough towels for everyone , even with 2 teenagers.Realized on arrival that there were only 4 forks and 1 large and 1 small skillet, which made cooking for 8 people impossible. We called the host and he delivered an entire new set of pans and new silverware that afternoon.Would definitely choose to stay again next time the entire family travels. »

« We got this house for a weekend getaway for my son 8th birthday . It’s a perfect house for a staycation . We loved the pool, volleyball was perfect for our family all we did was play games over and over . Loved they provided propane for the bbq pit and wood for the fire pit. They also left us a carton of eggs so many things to do here. I haven’t stayed in a house with a fully equipped kitchen as this one . This home is perfect for both of those things. The home, the amazing kitchen, pool, pond, and all of the amazing scenery made this a perfect property. « This property was PERFECT for a familyweekend in Brenham for my son’s wedding. The couple’s familys, ranging in age from 4 months to 72 were very comfortable in this roomy property. We hosted a small dinner the night before the wedding and the property had every amenity that you could want for a casual party including a beautiful sunset, and the caterer we used had been to the property many times before and was perfectly comfortable in the kitchen. « This was our second time to stay at Rosie’s and we loved everything about it! The property is beautiful, well-decorated, roomy, and very clean! I would highly recommend staying here and our family will definitely be back! Thank you! »

The family really enjoyed being outdoors in the pool, grilling and also catching fish as well as watching the deer and other critters. « We had a lovely time at Tuscany in Texas and John was a great host! We came to the country to visit aging family and, with a 7-year-old in tow, it's sometimes hard to keep him entertained. The Tuscany pool was a welcome distraction and something we used every morning and night. This peaceful location was a perfect way to get some time to unwind in the midst of all our visits. Beds are comfy, the house had everything we needed, and the property is beautiful (and will be even nicer in the future)....
