« The refrigerator and microwave were very nice to have. There was no coffee maker and no hairdryer but since I was relocating, I had my coffee maker with me. The staff was very nice and helpful although a couple had a hard time understanding English. My room had quite a few outlets but about ½ did not work or very slow to charge my phone and iPad. « The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...
