« It was good but the booking system is not. The hotel claimed that my reservation had not yet confirmed hence I was waiting for an hour before they allowed me to enter my room. However, the internet connection is surprisingly good. »

« Perfect hotel location for shopaholic. Used to stay for four nights, breakfast was superb. All staff are really friendly. Unfortunately found a lot of stain in bed and towel. »

« The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5 »
