« Perfect hotel location for shopaholic. Used to stay for four nights, breakfast was superb. All staff are really friendly. Unfortunately found a lot of stain in bed and towel. »

« I like this hotel as it looks and feels hommy. However, the room could get very cold even without the AC on. I stayed on the first floor and I could hear all sound coming from the street, people chatting in the lobby until my neighbours switching on or off the lights or turning on or off the tap. An improvement on making the rooms soundproof will definitely increase the comfort of staying in this hotel. The location is my favorite and the staff are sweet. »

« The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5 »
