« I got the first impression that this hotel is really bad, was when the handle on the shower fell off. From there it was just downhill. The air-conditioning is so loud that you don't hear the road noise. I and my son was asked to move rooms after the first night, so the hotel can fix the floor. Why did the hotel put us there in the first place if they knew we had to move. To an even worse room. The door lock was broken. The safes in the rooms were broken. There is no hot water in one rooms...

« The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price. »
