« I am absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS with my experience at this resort! $350 was stolen directly out of my bag while housekeeping had access to my room! This is completely unacceptable and honestly traumatizing. I came to this resort expecting a relaxing vacation, not to have my personal belongings violated and my money stolen! To make matters worse, the resort PROMISED me a refund, and I have WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION proving it! It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE...

« Great location and absolutely wonderful staff…just really mediocre food, poor quality with limited choice. We are long term visitors/ residents in Antigua and as stated the location is great, but $1300 a night for such really poor food is totally unjustified.
The rooms are good..not great, the property is in dire need of updates and renovation. The best points are the location and the staff , but tremendously overpriced. »

« Hôtel conforme à ce qu’on espérait lors de la réservation avec plusieurs points très positifs : confort des chambres et personnel très professionnel hyper réactif toujours de bonne humeur
Le point un peu décevant n’est pas lié à l’hôtel mais à l’environnement.
La presqu’île où se trouve l hotel a donc un côté baie et un côté mer
La baie est plutôt jolie mais l’eau n’est pas très translucide et n’incite pas beaucoup à la baignade et le côté mer a été impraticable durant la totalité de notre...

« Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch... »

« The location is stellar for the views and the beach, even commuters to the airport. The property is having major construction done and is obviously not ideal. Otherwise it is very quaint and suffice for a short stay. »
