« Big room with only one radiator. Room was cold on entry . Put heating on full and room was warm in about 2 hours . 2 single beds pushed into make a double . Spend some money and get a double mattress.
Bathroom very adequate and functional. Plenty of parking . Not a bad stay . »

« Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour.
Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...

The Bath Priory Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent
