« Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed. »

« We loved the quiet and calm atmosphere in the off-season. The food was of high quality and we were very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. I would like to use it again if I have the chance. »

« We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

« The chalet is very spacious, bright, well maintained and fully equipped like a real home. All the utensil and cutlery in the kitchen are in very good condition. The beds are quite comfortable. There is only one thing I was not satisfied is there is no blackout curtains. Only blinds that block view but not light were installed. The sun rises near 4am in summer. I am a light sleeper and I would be awakened whenever the room began to turn brighter and ended up with insufficient sleep. »

« Prestation niveau 4*. Bien placé à Grand Irafu, c’est le seul coin un peu animé avec quelques magasins de toutes les stations de Niseko. L’onsen était fermé, j’ai donc eu un upgrade avec une chambre donnent sur le mont Yotei, très agréable et j’avais un voucher pour l’onsen d’à côté. »
