« We had a great time at Nest at Trees Niseko. The hotel is very new, with nice equipment. We really enjoyed the Onsen outside, it is perfect to relax after the ski. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their explanation are clear and they booked for us the shuttle bus from the airport and the ski rental (good material). The hotel is 5min drive from the city center of Grand Hirafu. It provides free shuttle every hours so it is very convenient to go there, for the ski as well as in the...

« The stay with family for 4 days 3 nights is fantastic. The view is so amazing with snowing. It is near to ski resort with 15 mins drive. It is very convenient with driving a car and facility is clean and comfortable for a family staying. There is no breakdown communication with the staff and clear instructions was given. Will be back again of visit Niseko again. »

"Le resort est très grand et joli. Sûrement très agréable l’hiver. La piscine à vagues était ok, mais les bains chauds décevants. Il faut faire les activités comme le carrousel et le shopping le soir car ce n’est pas ouvert avant midi ou 13:00, donc après le check-out. La chambre de style japonaise était très petite et les futons trop minces."
