Crystal Breeze is a proper beach house - located right on the sand! This fantastic 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 3 story townhome is one-half of a large Gulf Front home, featuring 2 gulf front suites, a garage that will fit a compact car and room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. The association requests a 3-car limit. Spectacular views to east and west give you fantastic sunset and shoreline viewing in both directions. Watch the kids play on your private beach from the huge decks on all 3 levels.

This spacious home sleeps 14 comfortably with 4 bedrooms with King beds, a bunk room with 8 twins, as well as a queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy plenty of living space, with the living room and kitchen on the second floor, a second mini kitchen in the first-floor master suite, and a second living room on the third floor. All bedrooms have TVs. The living area has a large flat screen and DVD player. There's a grill and washer/dryer. Come and make lasting family vacation memories at Crystal Breeze!

Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including one of the most highly regarded in Destin, 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach and 'Beachwalk Cafe', rated one of Destin's best by Florida Trend Magazine.

Crystal Breeze is also just a few minutes' drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. 

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. Weather was great, Big waves were fun for everyone! Toaster was not working and management had a brand new one over in no time! They were checking in daily to make sure everything was going okay. I appreciate they were just a text away and responded quickly.

I had my 3 sons & 8 grandchildren staying there. Everything was setup great except the bedroom I was in had a small bathroom and a small shower. The top floor was too warm. I feel like it needed another unit on the top floor. Also the unit needs updating with appliances and paint. We had a great stay as a family. It is in a great location.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 teens had a great time here, despite some cold and windy weather. Excellent location right on the beautiful beach (nicest sand I’ve ever seen!) and plenty of space for everyone in our group. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Destin.

We had a delightful stay at this charming and well-established VRBO property! The location was superb, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. The house itself was cozy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a memorable getaway.

The stay was not very good because of management response. You were very good at sending response e-mails but no action. We had lot of problem with parking and no one did anything about it for 3 days. The people next door had lot of cars and we were left to fend for ourselves. After that we had problem with the dryer and only on the last day someone offered to get our clothes cleaned by some local laundry. We should have been given that option the first day. You should have gotten our clothes done the first day while you were trying to deal with dryer problems. We requested we dry our clothes nextdoor and we were told that is not our property which was incorrect because the sign in front of property was real joy. The real problem is our problem was being handled by some remote location not a local office so I give the management a one star. Overall we had problem every single day we were there.

My cousin and our friend had a great stay at Crystal Breeze. The location was excellent- 5 minutes to Destin Commons and Publix, 30 minutes from VPS, and on the most beautiful stretch of the beach. The property is spacious, but not overwhelming. There’s plenty of room to spread out, including the 3 great balconies. No one was in the adjoining sister property which meant we had no neighbor noise, so cannot speak to soundproof. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Our friend is a chef, and he had no complaints. I texted to confirm the availability of a Dutch oven (no) and a blender (yes). The communication with the property manager was outstanding. They responded promptly and professionally to my questions and emailed/texted throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The only question we had on-site was about the cable/remotes, and the property manager came on site to show us how to use the TVs etc. Note the property does not have screens in the doors or windows, so keeping the doors or windows open would mean potentially letting in bugs etc. I slept with the door cracked to hear the ocean waves and had no problems, but I had the top floor suite. Doing so on the 1st floor suite would be difficult, as people walking along the beach would have easy access. However, the access from that suite to the beach was perfect and the shower to wash off the sand located on that balcony was great! We’d go back tomorrow and miss it already!

Completely enjoyed our stay at Crystal Breeze. The home is exactly as described and it was in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. We had an air conditioning issue on a Saturday morning and they had someone out to fix it within a couple hours. I don't have one complaint, and I thank the owners for taking such pride in their rental!

We stayed here for a family vacation and the house was fantastic. It was clean, with the exception of sand in one of the beds, and was in the perfect location. The walk to the beach was literally out the back patio, and the views were breathtaking. We could even see dolphins playing not far off shore in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend this place and the management company!

It is a beautiful home in a great location. The house was spacious and the bedrooms were all comfortable. The balconies were awesome. There were a few issues with the house that I feel the owner should address. The dishwasher didn’t work and the silverware part was half broken. It didn’t dissolve the detergent or clean the dishes. The kitchen is missing some key essentials like a pizza cutter. It would be nice to leave coffee filters there. You can buy them for a few dollars. The dryer door doesn’t latch. It’s also very odd that the owner doesn’t allow beach towels to be washed or dried, despite being on a beach. We enjoyed our stay very much, but for what we paid, we would have expected better appliances
