« Very peaceful. Traded ocean view for jacuzzi tub. -- shower curtains didnt close on either end, bonus, no water spraying out everywhere. Steep hill going up to parking lot. No matter, peaceful getaway in good location between Newport and Lincoln City. Slept real good, so bed not super hard or soft. Very comfortable. No frills, no thrills, place. Very basic place with basic essentials. No freezer in fridge. »
« Best motel owners ever ! first they were friendly, welcoming and smiling from check in to check ! Furthermore, they have been incredibly nice with me because I lost my memory card (Iâm talking about the very very small one) in the room, and I was far away when I realized that. They checked the room and parking lot 3 times for me, and they finally found it !
Not everybody would have done that so that shows how nice people they are ! about the room : clean, big, comfy (super bed !). Great...

« I think unless youâre on the top floor get ready to hear your upstairs neighborâs footsteps and⊠whatever else theyâre doing. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds/showers were perfect. The rooms would have been perfect if I could have left the fan blowing on the air conditioner unit all night to drown out noise, but itâs not a feature you can make stay on continuously. I wised up and let the bathroom exhaust fan run all night the second night, which is loud enough on its own to drown out...
« We love this property anytime we come to the beach. Itâs so family friendly with separate bedrooms, the game room, fire pits and mini golf, not to mention the food is amazing. We always make new friends out by the fire out and just love the vibes here. »
