« Great beach house. Loved the neighborhood »

« The cottage was very clean. Great view of the ocean. Direct access to the beach. Front deck was nice, but the weather wasn't cooperative to use it. Decor was outdated. Instructions are outdated (no thermostat to set at 55*, pellet stove instructions were unclear, tv instructions were for an old setup), and the bed tilts downward with the uneven floor. Front door blind was broken. »

« The cabin was very rustic and such a great location in town. Communication with the property owners was amazing and when an issue arose they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue with efficiency and understanding. »

« The house was very nicely set up with the two bedrooms and two baths for two parties. Very comfortable living areas, nice kitchen and all necessary items available. Good area for walking around, nice homes clean area, quiet. No backyard with exception of small enclosed area for bbq and table, but clean and fenced if you had a dog. We enjoyed the stay here more than the train ride.! »

« The location is amazing. The property is very run down and dated. It doesn’t appear to have anything updated since the 80s…. furniture, appliances, carpet, paint, bedding, door locks, electrical. There was only one plug-in in the entire bedroom, and the two clocks in the main area had dead batteries. Again, the location is fabulous, but don’t expect anything except a nice view. »
