« House was clean and Jeff was very communicative and accommodating. Location served our needs very well, being 15-20 min from downtown and many attractions. Easy to find and navigate, easy to care for, femced yard; close to walmart, king soopers, liquor stores, gas stations, and dollar tree. Very appropriately priced. Our family of 4 (including 2 young, active boys) and small dog had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. »

« Property closely matched the description and was in a central location. From there it was downhill for our family. First, the locking mechanism malfunctioned leaving us locked out of the unit and scrambling to contact the host on more than one occasion. Second, the initial communication was child friendly then we were accosted for noise made by the toddler running around during the day. The host lives below the unit and our toddler played like he does normally in our single family detached home....

Angie also left ideas for sites to see and local places restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was inviting and walkable! I found a great local coffee shop with just a 15 minute walk. It was very easy to zip around Denver from the neighborhood. We also had our dog with us and had no issues. The owners were extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. « Thermostat requires a passcode not supplied to us, and it was very cold. Oven was not working, and the management company would not send someone to fix it. This was considered a health hazard by Vrbo. They told us to switch to a different property after 5 days of correspondence to the management company with no resolution. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The condo is beautiful, so it’s too bad there were these issues that required us to leave to a more suitable house in a more suitable area. I...

« It was very comfortable with comfortable beds and the AC worked well. It was stocked well and had everything we needed. Nice location close to stores and was close to the red rocks so we didn't have to drive far to get back after the concert we went to. They were very responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!! »

Attention petit déjeuner pas buffet mais avec forfait de 25$ inclu par personne par matin à choisir sur le carte. Chambres spacieuses ! Propre également. Nous sommes satisfait ! Possibilité de faire le petit déjeuné dans la chambre c’est super"
