VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. »

« Well appointed unit. Biggest tv screen ever! Comfortable bedding for sound sleeping. Enjoyed outdoor pool table(1st time playing) and LARGE full size swing to chiĺl on. Hosts very responsive to needs. Super clean. In a cute neighborhood. »

« Property was clean & tidy! The hosts were very responsive to our questions both during & before our stay. They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too. »

« We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults. »

« Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits! »

« This VRBO was perfect for my family since we were exploring different areas of Denver. My son is moving to Denver and this place allowed a central place to look at other Denver Neighborhoods. We enjoyed the VRBO that we extended our stay an extra day. Highly recommended »

« We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's...

« My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great. »

« I booked this day, hoping to get away from my very busy life and get quiet. That is exactly what I got to do while I was there. It was raining when I arrived, and the owner met me at my car with an umbrella. They thoughtfully plan out Every portion of your stay by having comfortable accommodations, and plenty of places to hang out and be cozy. I stay was quiet.
