Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. « This home was so cozy, they had everything styled beautifully but very comfortable. Super cute private back yard and I loved the coffee bar. The neighborhood was in a perfect location for us.
