« We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again. »

« Everything was great! Great space, well thought out amenities. If you want guaranteed parking, pay for the garage. We were there four nights and were able to find parking on the street outside the building three of four nights. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable. »

« This 2 Bedroom condo was perfect for our visit. The unit was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for a long weekend. Both beds were very comfortable and the roll away was extremely comfortable as well. Great location with a coffee shop across the street and a great restaurants within an easy walking distance. Our favorite was Tony P's Italian restaurant! Easy access to I25 to get to Boulder, the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Garden of the gods. »
