« This was a perfect alternative to a hotel in the RiNo neighborhood. The room was very clean with a B&B vibe. The house was on a quiet residential street with mostly new townhome buildings. Coffee shops and excellent restaurants are an easy 2-3 block walk away. »

Street parking only is kinda annoying, but we didn't have a ton of trouble finding a spot. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance, so we chose not to try to find parking super late in the evening. « It was okay. The place was nice, but getting old for 1900 a night, the shower leaked everywhere, the floors were scratched, the door going to the first balcony was kinda wonky, and sometimes it was a little scary down in that location. But it was fun and host was pretty good. »
