The Denver 303 House is perfect for professionals, families, and pets. Enjoy coffee on the sunny back porch or cozy up by the fireplace to watch your favorite shows. Our fully equipped home has three inviting bedrooms, a desk for remote work, a loft with foosball and hockey tables, and a fully fenced backyard for the pets. This is a safe neighborhood, with ample parking. We are located right next to highways for a quick trip to the mountains and 15-20 min from Downtown Denver.

We believe in giving our guests the space they need to truly enjoy their vacation. We're always here to assist, but we understand the importance of privacy.

🌆 Nestled in a new neighborhood, our location is perfect for morning strolls away from the city, offering plenty of parking space.

🏡 This is a residential area, so we kindly ask for your respect towards our neighbors.

You will have private access to The Denver 303 House and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. And you can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry. We even provide a car garage for your convenience and security.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.

Families and long-term guests are always welcome in our family-friendly home.

The Denver 303 House is located about 13 miles north-west of Denver and 29 miles from Boulder. From the vibrant city lights and lively brunch scenes to the majestic Red Rocks and scenic mountains, the finest offerings of our region lie just outside our doorstep. We are minutes from the I-76, I-70, I-25, and Highway 36. The Denver 303 House is 4 miles from the rail train (Thornton & 104th Station) which whisks you downtown and beyond.

Our outdoor space creates the perfect atmosphere for vibrant get-togethers. With a spacious sectional and an inviting firepit, the setting is both comfortable and mood-enhancing.

We are delighted to offer an assortment of cooking spices, olive oil, vinegar, and a coffee & tea bar for your convenience throughout your stay. This includes a single-serve and 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker with K-Cup pods, a coffee pot, tea bags, and a kettle.

The master bath is equipped with a walk-in glass shower for a luxurious experience. The second bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, ensuring that relaxation and rejuvenation are just a warm soak away.

- Our home was built in 2018, and we've furnished and decorated it with love and comfort in mind. It's ideal for singles, families, friends, or traveling professionals. Our goal was to make the house a home away from home with several personal touches.

-Hot Tub Maintenance: Please note that if your stay includes a Monday, a team member will stop by to service the hot tub. This quick visit ensures everything stays clean and balanced for your enjoyment.

- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for $25 per hour, subject to availability.
- Checking in earlier than 4pm without approval, will incur in a $100 per hour fee.
- Checking out later than 10am without approval, will incur in a $100 per hour fee.
- Fractions of an hour will be charged for the full hour.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one could need. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Really great vrbo— perfect for our group of 5! Super clean, very quiet neighborhood location. Loved the Keurig coffee bar!! Keypad on the door made it easy to come & go, quick drive to the airport & easy communication with the owners. Wouldn’t hesitate to grab this place again next time we’re in Denver! :)
