« Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host. »

« Un petit séjour de 3 jours et demi , accueil chaleureux , déjeuner continental correct un ancien hôtel des années 70 non rénové à l'extérieur , propre à l'intérieur, meublé à l'ancienne ... extérieur défraichi mais par contre la végétation très bien entretenue lieu calme et sécuritaire, balcon au niveau du sol très privé. grand apartement avec cuisinette et salon ... en résumé, OK mais faut pas s attendre à du neuf .... »

« We had a great stay at this house over winter break with our family. The home fully lived up to our expectations and was exactly as shown in the VRBO photos and description. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.Jeanine and Tom were wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout the process. The location is excellent and made the trip easy and enjoyable. It is a short walk to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants.We really enjoyed our time...
