- Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.
