"Hôtel idéalement placé. C’est une hôtel qui a énormément de passage qui donne un côté très impersonnel. Nous y avons séjourné par 2 fois. 1er séjour: Nous avons demandé une chambre pour 3 adultes. Pas de peignoir et de chausson pour la 3eme personne. 2 jour séjour toujours une chambre pour 3 adultes et à notre arrivée le lit supplémentaire n’était pas fait . Nous l’avons signalé , à notre retour en chambre après le repas il n’était toujours pas fait nous avons dû redemander et attendre un certain moment pour qu’il soit fait. Pas de cafetières, juste une bouilloire , des cafés n’avaient pas été remis et à notre demande nous avons reçu des dosettes Nespresso alors que notre chambre ne possédait que la bouilloire. pour un hôtel de ce standing et surtout à ce prix : 600€ la nuit….je trouve cela très décevant. Il ne manquerait pas grand chose pour améliorer le service"

"Close to King’s Cross-Saint Pancras, this hotel offers comfortable rooms for a reasonable cost. Clean and large enough, the room with window had all the required facilities organized in a compact and convenient way. Excellent for a few days in the heart of London - at walking distance or a few underground stations."

"Hôtel privé très charmant, avec un accueil familial et une équipe en or. La responsable est d’une gentillesse que l’ont ne trouve pas souvent. Son équipe agréable prend soins de vous. Pour le petit déjeuner rien à dire, servie à table, café /thé, jus d’orange ,toast - beurre confiture, céréale. Œuf Bécon . Les douches sont CHAUDE, très propre ainsi que les toilettes. L’emplacement permet de ce déplacer facilement, métro, bus, uber , taxie. Le quartier est pratique également (resto, bar, supermarché, boutique souvenirs… ne changer vous êtes géniale. Bisous à vous tous à très bientôt. Laura et David de Nancy/France."
