If you like a little bit of glamping and adventure combined with staying in Central London we would definitely recommend this lovely restored narrowboat. The boat is on a relatively quiet but vibrant location on Regent’s Canal and in the middle of the trendy area around Stone Coal Yard and Kings Cross station with beautiful shops, galleries and restaurants. « This is an old boat. It is heated by a wood /coal burner only. The electrics are complicated and were not always on. It is an old cafe and has not really been turned into a house boat fully. It could have been cleaned better and communications were difficult. Our check in was delayed by half an hour. The owner slept in a separate area on the same boat. »
