You had your daily Room charge & Resort fee, which is standard cost of stay & you opted for Valet parking for both nights of your stay. You made a few purchases at our outlets (bar & cafe) and had them charged towards your reservation by providing them your room #. OceanVIEW rooms which is the type you booked are located on the North or South side of the building and are a partial view of the ocean which faces East. The correct view to reserve when you want a direct full overlook of the Atlantic Ocean is called OceanFRONT. We would love for you to come back soon and to see the difference :)

This is copied straight from Expedia's website"Policies Check-in: Check-in start time: 4:00 PM; Check-in end time: anytime; Minimum check-in age: 21; Check-out Check-out before 11:00 AM; Late check-out subject to availability; A late check-out fee will be charged"You made your reservation for Sunday, May 5, 2024 (a day which our housekeeping department diligently worked to get a few hundred checkouts completely cleaned and inspected for our new arrivals and unfortunately due to availability we were unable to assist you in this regard.On Fri, May 3 10:31 AM you sent us a message "We will be arriving tomorrow around 10am, if we can request early check in if possible. Thanks!". We responded 2 minutes later Fri, May 3 10:33 AM "Hello, thank you for your request! Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and we cannot guarantee an early check-in. However, if a room is ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to check you in at that time. Any reservations checked in before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival are subject to an Early Arrival fee. We look forward to your visit!"We are truly sorry for not being able to honor an early check-in however would hope you would revise your feedback and rating as this misinforms other guests as we did something wrong when we did communicate this information which was already a posted policy.
