« We went to the Gaylord Opryland at Christmas time and the decorations were amazing. There were events daily for Christmas that we never left the hotel except to go to a concert at the Grand Ole Opry. »

« The staff were great but the room itself wasn’t good at all. The dining table and chairs were broken, the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, I couldn’t give my kids a bath cause the stopper on the tub wouldn’t go down. There were earwigs and silver fish all through the bathrooms. The carpet smelled like sour milk. I honestly wasn’t even slightly happy. »

« It was a fantastic value. 2 bedrooms, you could sleep. Six people in there, living room fully stocked and equipped. Kitchen with a hot tub right outside your door and a pool. The unit had a dishwasher and a washer in dryer. The only slightly negative comments the furniture was dated. And the TVS were not coming in that great. Other than that, we thought it was an excellent stay. And will definitely doit again. »

« The room needed updating. The shower fixture was coming out of the wall, couch had stains on it, closet door was not on the track. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend for someone to stay there. »

« We were in a newly renovated suite which was very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. We were on 3rd floor and there are no elevators so that was a little tough. Also, TV channels had a lot static but we weren’t in room very much so not a dealbreaker for us. We did not use amenities due to time constraints so we are unable to comment on those. Overall, a great stay and will likely book again. »

« Outstanding suite! Very clean. Full kitchen. Would stay again. We didn't realize it was a timeshare resort. If you choose to do the presentation for the free items, expect a high pressure 90 minute sales pitch. »
