« Terribly run down. Loud. Lights shining in our room. Bathroom fixtures coming off the wall. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pot smoke rolling under the connecting room door. Pool closed. But, staff were nice and efficient…they just didn’t have much to work with. And, I never do reviews. »

« Comfortable bed, windowless room, a bit bare, limited pressure on the hot water, staff friendly, nice each. »

« First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. »

« This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime. »

« Breakfast was good Bathroom could be upgraded a little.Bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better. They really need to put coffee makers in the room. That was a big downfall for me »
