« Nice quiet neighborhood location, beautiful home, great parlor, porch sitting areas, first floor. Room is spacious but slightly dated & while AC and humidifiers are well functioning, it can get too cold very easily, especially if unit is right above the bed. »

« Brad and I really enjoyed yhe days when Kim was working. Kim went above and be on. She was so nice and was there for anything we needed. Offered to drive us down to the beach at the park and pick us back up. Kept asking us if there was anything we needed. Also she made a delicious breakfast! We definitely would stay there again. »

« We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...

« The location is fantastic. My room was beautiful and comfortable although the single shower stall in my private bathroom was tiny; a large adult or anyone over 5'8" would have difficulty showering. The kitchen area was well set up and had a great selection of foods. I would stay here again! »

« This place is truly a gem both in terms of accommodations as well as hosts. Zack and Rob were so welcoming and just plain friendly we could have talked for hours. The home is one that my wife and I will be frequenting often. She is from Charleston and to find this beautiful quiet home that is so convenient to downtown is a treasure. The scenery is breathtaking from your bedroom to the pool to the boat dock. Sunsets are amazing. The appointments are great and certainly first class but...

« Property was exactly as expected and great location. We wanted to enjoy the historic atmosphere of Charleston and this location added to the experience. The courtyard is a plus, great for cup of coffee or glass of wine.The only negative comment is there was open food in refrigerator and cabinets; unsure why but, did that feel safe to utilize it. »

« My hubby and I made a quick trip to the area. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the shopping/restaurants/market area. Beautiful city! The room was super clean and quaint. Communication with Courtney was top notch. Very responsive with any questions we had. The bed is sooooo comfortable! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! »

"La chambre était vraiment petite pour 4 personnes. En particulier la salle de bain. L'ensemble manque aussi cruellement de modernité. Nous avons payé plus cher pour une vue sur le fleuve mais, c'était décevant, car on ne voyait quasiment rien. Nous étions 4 mais n'avons eu que 3 sets de serviettes tout le long du séjour, malgré que nous ayons signalé l'erreur à l'accueil. Il est indiqué sur Hôtels.com qu'il y a une laverie dans l'hôtel mais c'est faux. Bref, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le point positif est la localisation de l'hôtel en centre ville."
