The house was clean and the pool itself was in good condition, but unfortunately, the space wasnât equipped to comfortably accommodate the number of guests it advertises.Pool furniture was especially inadequateâonly two patio chairs and one lounge chair, with a second lounge chair broken. Most of us had to sit on the concrete, which really took away from enjoying the outdoor area.The front yard lacked appeal. There was no yard or landscaping. It looked vacant. There were several missing essentialsâno kitchen towels, no pool towels, no dishwasher soap, and very limited toilet paper. There was also no welcome or information book, which made it harder to navigate the stay. It took us most of the stay to find the garage door opener. The kitchen didnât have enough plates and glasses for a group. The air conditioning only cooled to 75, which wasnât very comfortable for five people during summer.With some attention to stocking basic supplies and upgrading outdoor seating, this home could offer a much better experience. It has potential, but it needs improvement to be truly guest-ready. I wouldnât recommend this house unless some details are taken care of.
