« It was a nightmare checking in. Staff said they couldnt find our reservation number. Then claimed they found it and gave us a room, but not the one we reserved and paid for. When questioned, we were told we had to call Expedia!?! So we did, and after about 2 hours we were finally given the actual room we had reserved. Such a hassel for a stay at a hotel that was not as great as claimed. »

« No towels, no fitted sheets or pillow cases, broken A/C, black mold in shower, sink was gross, generally "dirty" »
