« Lack of communication with the owner . Messaged me a month before saying he had to cancel because of access to the stairs then ten mins later said the booking was ok . The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! Although he did say he would give me a day payment back to which I have not yet received ! The day of travel I asked for the PIN number to enter the property and was told I would receive...

« Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need. The view of the ocean was incredible, & there were nice walks along the ocean a very short distance from the apartment. The beach was also a very short walk from the apartment. « We had such a lovely time during our stay here. The property itself was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. There were games and stuff to do at the property as well.The area was nice, if you’re willing to travel a little further from it I would say there is plenty to do nearby as well! I recommend Henrhyd Falls, the beach isn’t too far either! Would stay again, thankyou for hosting us! »

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
