« The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean. »

« Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites . »

« The check in instructions were a little confusing. Also the apartment is not that great given the price and the area. You could get a better room at the premier hotel »

« We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. « Excellent option for a Birmingham stay. Lovely spacious apartments and top customer service. Thank you. »

Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. Staffing mainly remote but friendly. Depending on your needs this a...

« This was a great place to stay. Lots of room, great location, and very easy to manage. The only downside was that it was cold and the heaters never got it warm enough to be pleasant. Make sure you have a sweatshirt. »

« Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in...
