« Tony was our host. We never saw him. Nor did we get sheets for the bed we slept in. The hot tub was disgusting and appeared to have soap suds in it. There were no bowls in the kitchen. The upstairs shower had only hot water. The downstairs shower had only cold water. There was inadequate seating in the living room for the number of occupants staying there. »

« We had an amazing time at this property! The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. Whether we were enjoying our mornings on the patio or winding down in the cozy living room, it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

« The washhouse was great! It was very clean and just as advertised. My family had a great time and it was better than we could have planned. Trisha and Derrick were wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay with them in the future. »

« The house has lots of space—really good sized rooms—and plenty of towels, linens, outdoor furniture and equipment, etc. to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains and incredible stars on a clear night. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from JMU and it was close enough to be convenient. »

« Relaxing and enjoyable stay! Would definitely go back, maybe in the fall for the leavesStream behind house was my favorite spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning, wine in the afternoon. Lots to do, maybe a 30 minute drive. We fished, went to several caves & wineries. Definitely checkout the natural chimneys!! »
