A modern clean and comfortable 2 level townhouse that is central to Cowes and moments away to the beach.
A contempoary residence with excellent heating and cooling, bathrooms and amenities, Indys Haven is well suited to the most discerning guests, all the boxes can be ticked when looking for the perfect holiday getaway.
Tastefully decorated, fresh and clean with linens and lots of extra's, relax and unwind with the family and friends in this peaceful place to stay.
This well laid out space and new fresh property provides the perfect blend of modern and contemporary living with a coastal theme throughout.
The distinct area up and downstairs will delight the most demanding guests.
Each area is designed to provide a relaxing and calming feel while on holiday or getaway. We welcome working visits and long stays up to 89 days maximum.
The ground floor has a comfortable queen bed supplied with linens and towels with an ensuite and separate toilet room.
Up the main flight of stairs you are greeted with a beautiful open living space tastefully decorated to promote relaxation and rest. Again all bedrooms have linens and towels provided fresh and clean along with lots of little extras to make you feel right at home.
The ground floor offers a fantastic open space containing a well equipped kitchen and main lounge/dining area. An outdoor dinning table seating 7 is directly accessed from the kitchen and a smaller breakfast table for 4 is inside the kitchen with counter top seating up to 4.
In addition, you'll find access to the beautifully soft grassed area with an outdoor dinning table, hammock and umbrella. The new BBQ is also here to make the space a great niche for the property. Upstairs provides a great spot for the kids to have fun whilst the family are in the kitchen\lounge.
Enjoy the lounge area up and downstairs with a smart t.v and internet, comfortable seating and easy access to the upstairs rooms. Games and things to do for the kids are upstairs in a soft carpeted space. A great bathroom is separate from the toilet room and the upstairs bathroom has a great sized bath tub to unwind and rejuvenate. Downstairs has an extra toilet room for convenience.
Outdoors is a great aspect of this exclusive property, a well set up balcony area with sun lounges and deck chairs provide a unique spot to kick back, a small chic esky can be filled with ice to keep drinks and nibbles nice and cold on those sunny warm days. Sheltered, secure and private but spacious and inviting, Indys Haven is just that, the perfect holiday place only a minutes wander to the safe sandy beach just around the corner..
Inviting seating area's around the outdoor grassed bbq area will suit everyone.
The laundry is also attached to the down stairs main area and well equipped for your visit as too is the home with modern appliances, heating and cooling throughout.
Need to keep in touch with work, business or socials, easy access internet to all area's will keep that element of life in check during your stay. Catch up as necessary with your digital life.
You are only a short walk or drive to Cowes township and all the great eateries and shops we boast. Parking is no problem and in this quiet safe neighbourhood you'll find a great community around you, well removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.
A boat ramp is literally just around the corner for ease of boating as is access to the beach.
With great beaches and attractions all within minutes, lots of things to do and see, explore Phillip Island again and again from this great central homebase for your family and guests.
The penguin parade, motogp track and even local shops within easy reach make Indys Haven the place to book at any time of the year.
The residence is provided as a secure private and exclusive stay for you and your guests only. No one enters your townhouse other than you and your guests during your visit. With only one other townhouse past yours sharing the main driveway, rarely do the owners visit the end of the driveway. This is the only holiday stay on the property.

An amazing location in Cowes, you are a minutes walk to a pristine sandy safe beach. Wonder maybe 500m down the immediately adjacent street!
There is a boat ramp with ample trailer parking around the corner and getting to the main street of Cowes township is a 10min walk or quick drive up Church Street. There are two great little cafe's nearby, a minutes walk and one right on the beach you can walk to, serving a great selection of foods and drinks we highly recommend popping in or as needed directly off your beach around the corner.
A residential area, this is a safe location to stay, peaceful and quiet. There is even a day care centre over the road and a great fish and chip shop just down from the property. You'll love staying here with everything so accessible. Roads are well made and exploring Phillip Island from this location is made easy by well connected roads around the township avoiding traffic and congestion.

Walking, riding or driving, it is easy to head out around the area and the Island. Well connected services like taxis, ubers and even buses operate around the area, making it easy to explore Phillip island and access attractions, beaches, shops and eateries. Take a leisurely walk up the beach to Cowes and enjoy one of the best locations to holiday from.

We do ask that any linens, towels, blankets and items in the home do not leave the premises for any reason whatsoever. Just bring you beach essentials and beach towels!
Accidents may happen and we do ask that no matter what has happened, how minor, you let us know before check out or at the time, often basics like a broken cup or glass aren't a big problem unless we have to discover this after your stay.
Marks on walls, scratches, extra cleaning and any other damage will be at the responsibility of the guests. Please take care with luggage and other items. It is important you report anything immediately to us including any malfunctioning appliances or issues.
