« Our stay way a little disappointing, we arrived to a property where the rangehood was broken we couldn't cook inside. Remotes for tvs, ine was missing, the other did not work and with 2 young kids this was not ideal. Multiple emails raising concerns fell on deaf ears, no support provided. »

« Our 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are fantastic facilities onsite, and as we had fanily from overseas with us, the Ramada Resort was in a great location close to Cowes and the Fairy Penguin attraction. We also visited the wildlife park just across the road, and our guests LOVED it. There were a couple of things that let us down, the main one being the buffet breakfast.
