« The location is awesome overlooking the bay. This was a last minute vrbo selection for us and we could not have been happier. Looking out the windows to view the boats and harbor was like a post card of Maine come true. Although it was just the two of us, the house can easily accommodate 6 people. 2 bathrooms are always a bonus. Communication with the property management was excellent. »

« We drove from Missouri with our 37 foot trailer not realizing all the parks for camping would be closed. We almost turned back but decided to leave our trailer in Old Orchard Beach and on a whim, found this lovely peaceful retreat for our brief visit to Acadia National Park. We saw ANP in a day, even hiked. « The home was perfect for myself, husband and adult son. This home has a large kitchen and the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for all of us to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the entire rental was clean. Super close to the national park, less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we travel back to Bar Harbor Maine. »

« The property owner was wonderful providing info and help as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to prepare meals. Staying on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island was good for us. We had easy access to Acadia National Park and could drop into the busyness of Bar Harbor when we wanted that experience. »

« Best part is the location, a large deck overlooking Johnson Bay--seals, loons, scoters, and other birds. Close to downtown Lubec, Campobello Island, West Quoddy lighthouse and trails, and the amazing network of trails developed by Cobscook Shores and other land trusts. We had a few snafus checking in and getting the wi-fi set-up, but our host Angela was very responsive and prompt in getting things fixed up and provided us lots of information of things to do.
