This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. There were two WELCOME binders, but not alot of information regarding the amenities or how to use any of the appliances. « Our stay in Blackcomb Village was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
