« The room was actually very nice, clean, and spacious, but it didn't have a coffee maker. My trips are a mix of business and pleasure, so I missed having one. Also, regarding the service upon arrival, they wouldn't let me check in early even though I paid the required fee until they allowed another guest to do so, and then we made a verbal complaint. »

« Even under renovations, this was a fantastic stay and I only wish I needed to stay there longer. The water pressure was glorious for a morning shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was super kind and helpful after a weary day of travel. Definitely recommend this place! »

The town of Litchfield was literally a few minutes away and everything we needed for our stay was already provided. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except it was a bit chilly at night in certain bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay in this property again. »

« Everything was neat and clean. Manager was fast in responding to any questions. We never used the kitchen, except for coffee. Decor was refreshing, something different but not over the top. The 4 bedrooms, laundry, and 2 baths were exactly what we needed. »
