« The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay at the location in Willmar Mn. I am not one to ever complain or be extra but from the get go it was horrible. First the manager says the pool is out of order. I paid for a Suite and got a room with 2 queen beds. Told manager i must habe been given the wrong room. He proceeds to tell something is wrong with my Suite and he can give me a separate room with a single been. Fine I was just so exhausted I let it slide. »

« This is a very older motel with I am sure with original furniture. The pillows on the bed very flat! The lamps questionable if you can turn them off or on and stay. Minimal outlets. No continental breakfast, there is coffee sometimes, the culligan style water bottle is room temperature in the lobby. Did not go into the pool area. Had to check to be the toilet so it was not continuous run. Did not need to use the shower in the room. I believe the upper level rooms are rented. The staff people...

« For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and...
