Chalets à Corrales

« Casa Bonita is a beautiful property in the equally beautiful village of Corrales, New Mexico. The house was spotless and had all the amenities (and more) that we needed. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the location which was rural and quiet and yet near to the attractions of Albuquerque. »

« The house has a lot of character and is in a quiet location, perfect for our purposes. However there is quite a lot of deferred maintenance around the property -- broken dishwasher (one of two were functioning), barely functioning dryer, cracks in the walls, etc. The outside patios were not well kept. There were ropes hanging down and the chairs were dispersed everywhere. The floors were generally dirty and the bathrooms were not very clean. At the very least the beds were very comfortable and...

« I paid the extra charge for the breakfast when I booked the room, then I was charged again for the breakfast upon check out, I brought it to the attention of the Manager and he said “oh you’re exactly right, I will adjust that right now”, he did not, had to call again to get the charge reversed. The attendant that checked me in was not professional, burping while he discussed the room direction. The breakfast attendant was rude, only one of us ate breakfast, yet paid for two. It was...

« Personnel très agréable »

« The stay was good. They allow dogs so prepare for howling or barking at 3 am. Most of the staff was great. I did have trouble getting my receipt from the girl in the morning which is super for frustrating as it was a work trip. »

« The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV was in a weird spot. The room facing the highway, we could hear the highway traffic. »

« Nice place to stay. Very clean »

« I enjoyed the clean room with a good view. »

« Hôtel très agréable, propre et calme. Le personnel très accueillant »

« Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too. »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

« The breakfast is standard for express hotels, but is better (warmer, eggs and bacon more flavorful) than many I’ve experienced. It was good. Room heater/air conditioner is dated and dials did not have markings. Smelled like hot dust or something in the heater when I set heat high, the room was chilly. Turned dial to darker faded pink or red from bluish and clicked to different positions of the fan dial trying to get a comfortable temp. I gave up and let the room stay cooler than I...
