It is conveniently located at the entrance of The Meridian, and is ready for you to enjoy! The first floor offers a relaxing open space: living, kitchen, dining area and powder room. The second floor has a large deck and all three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bath features a teak wood bench and handrails. The laundry closet is also conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Sorry, no pets allowed. Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats, trailers and street parking are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA.
