Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub and an enclosed outside shower. Inside you'll find the Rec Room with pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade game, tiered seating with flat screen TV/DVD, foosball coffee table and a kitchenette with bar seating 3, sink, dishwasher, popcorn machine, microwave and full size refrigerator. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (double on bottom, single on top), full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom Suite with a sitting area, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, 3 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, ocean views and deck access and an elevated ship's watch. Two dining room areas, one offering seating for 14 with deck access and the second seating 8 with high chair and beverage cooler. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, 2 dishwashers, prep sink and icemaker and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with jetted tub and flat-screen TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Carova Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
This property has a security camera on the top level facing the ocean (no common areas in view).

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County (https://currituckcountync.ticketspice.com/currituckbeachparking) The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center (500 Hunt Club Drive). Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The location of the house is great. We love the 4x4 beach so this was perfect. We had a bit of an issue with the cleaning when we first arrived but the cleaning team took care of everything the next day. The house is an older beach house but was overall a great place for our family get together. Looking to re-book for next year!

The house was wonderful and we all had a very good time. The only problem I had was the master bedroom was very cold.....much colder than the rest of the house. It would have helped if the small fire place between the BR and bathroom worked. There were no directions as to how to start the fireplace and it was very, very, very cold in my bedroom all the time.

This property was a magnificent property when it was built approximately twenty years ago. It has a great number of bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. It is spacious and it has many built-in features (fireplace, in-room audio with older apple ipod connections, working elevator). We found its location in Corolla to be convenient, and although it is set back one street from the dunes, we found a passageway over the dune that was very close. Unfortunately, despite the grandiosity of the building, corporate neglect manifests throughout the house. Many of the appliances are sorely in need of updating as they are constantly leaking condensation in the kitchen on to the floor. In contrast, the washer/dryer are brand new and in excellent condition, but many of the kitchen appliances need to be replaced. Floor rugs need to be thoroughly cleaned and/or removed. This majestic house needs attention to bring it back to its regal stature.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for our group. Horses came by everyday. Pool and hot tub were nice. We had the wifi go down during our stay but the team was great and had us back up and running not long after we called. The closest store is pretty far away so I suggest stopping at the store before you leave the pavement. We had one vehicle break down. $500.00 tow service so be sure your vehicle is working well. Great place to stay!
