« This is an immaculate apartment conveniently located in the heart of Hobart. Pauline was available to chat prior to my stay to discuss a late cheek-in. Everything was meticulously clean on arrival, and all the documentation Pauline supplied prior to our trip made my late-night arrival and self-check-in a breeze. « L’hĂ©bergement est dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et bien Ă©quipe, a une distance de marche raisonnable de Salamanca. En revanche, la communication est dĂ©plorable. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code permettant de rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clef, et sans l’aide d’un client sur place (qui a rencontrĂ© le mĂȘme problĂšme) et qui a pu tĂ©lĂ©phoner pour nous, nous aurions sans doute couchĂ© dehors. Aucune rĂ©ponse Ă  nos mails, ni de message d’excuse ou autre. Nous ne reviendrons pas. »
