« We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. If you are after elegant, refined and well finished accommodation...

« We really enjoyed our stay and found ourselves wishing we were staying more than one night. Laurette was so nice, and the room was really cozy with an amazing view of the river. There were also some nice walking paths a few hundred meters from the hotel. »
